Offshore Investment Fund

The EuroWest Capital Opportunity Growth Fund (which will be referred to in this document as the “Fund”) is a Master Fund which primarily invests in two underlying portfolios whose strategies include property and real estate related assets, and senior life settlement policies underwritten by top rated US life insurance carriers. This dual investment approach is designed to reduce overall risk to investors through active asset allocation between two non-correlated investment classes, while simultaneously targeting an attractive return profile which includes a preferred return and profit share. The focus of each underlying portfolio is on assets and investments that are poised to provide capital growth opportunities over a medium-term horizon, all in a risk-controlled environment. The nature of both Real Estate and Life Settlement Policies provide the Fund with a secured interest in underlying assets, resulting in a Fund whose assets are collateralized through its underlying investments.

The Fund aims to produce a 36% cumulative net return to investors over the three-year investment period. In addition, at the end of the three-year term, investors have the opportunity to share in net profits earned in excess of the 36% net cumulative return. Amounts invested can be in one of four currencies: Sterling, Euro, Swiss Franc and US$, and at the end of the three-year period invested capital and all investment earnings will be returned to investors in their currency of investment. Investors also have the option of having their invested amount hedged during the three-year investment term.
